In line with the construction of the factory, services were provided for the customers. The services gradually experienced changes in line with the changing needs. The customer services have been significant in recent years. Among the most important changes is the establishment of Comprehensive Customer Service Center (35711 Center), which aimed to improve the aftersales services since 2016. In this structure, telephone notebooks in packaging were eliminated and the customers are nationally connected to the center.
